- Conditions for Return Requests
Return Time: You have 30 days from the date you receive the item to submit a return request.
Condition: Items must be in unused, complete condition with original packaging. All tags, accessories and gifts must be returned.
Specialty Items: The following items are non-returnable:
Customized or personalized items
Clearance items
Food or perishable items - Submit a Return Request
If you are eligible to return an item, please follow the steps below to submit a return request:
Log in to your account and locate the order you wish to return.
Click on the “Request a Return” button and fill out the return request form.
After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email and return instructions.
- Return shipping costs
Returns at your own expense: If the return is for your own reasons (e.g. you don’t like it, it doesn’t fit, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Merchant’s expense: If the return is due to the quality of the product, damage or wrong product, the shipping cost will be borne by us. Please provide relevant photos and description in your application. - Return Processing
After receiving your return request, we will process it within 3-5 business days. Please send the returned item back to the following address:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it is eligible for return.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method and may vary by bank or payment platform. - Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item, please submit a return request and then you can choose to repurchase the item you want when your refund is processed. Please note that the exchange policy is the same as the return policy, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return at your own expense.
